Our suppliers of raw materials are chosen with due diligence. Most of our suppliers are based in the Czech Republic.
The gingerbread dough recipe and the processing technology are both more than 80 years old. Technologically, we process the dough in two stages. The dough is first cooked and then allowed to rest and mature. Once mature, it is mixed and shaped into the final form of the shell. This process underlines the tradition, quality and taste of our gingerbreads that cannot be confused with anything else.
Our Gugelhupf cake and roll recipes do not include any chemical improvers. Only the ingredients that you normally use at home can be found there.
Trusted people – the best personnel – oversee the production process. Indications for the way the quality of our produce is assured include not only a host of satisfied customers, but also certification to IFS (International Food Standard). The standard ensures a high level of hygiene, health safety in production and, last but not least, the quality of our products.
Both of our production facilities are sites certified to the International Food Standard (IFS), which, among other things, enables us to supply articles not only to shopping chains in this country, but also abroad.
We have been certified according to UTZ and RSPO. These standards help improve the standard of living of farmers and ensure the sustainability of resources.
We also hold a license from the Czech Republic Celiac Disease Association. This license entitles us to use the logo with the crossed-out ear with respect to the coconut bar branded as Flint, which indicates that the product meets the health safety criteria for those suffering from celiac disease.
